She Lost Her Head !

Stella and Ruthie were having a wonderful time playing beneath the giant fir tree in the garden. The sun, shining through the branches, made pretty patterns on the ground where the girls sat arranging the furniture in the dolls house. Suddenly the tranquil mood was shattered by two rather rambunctious doggies, who came bounding across the garden. When they reached the girls, one of the dogs jumped up on Ruthie.........

causing her to stumble and fall. SHE LOST HER HEAD ! We want to help Ruthie get her head together.
Can anyone suggest a good glue for repairing little bisque dolls?
Thanks,
Kay

I know nothing about repairing bisque...someone in blogland will, though. The little dogs are adorable, as are Stella and Ruthie. Cute little grouping. Fun post.

Oh poor Ruthie! She and Stella and the doggies are so cute! Perhaps this site will help with Rutie's repair. There are pictures and instructions and materials. I hope it helps.

This happened to me recently too! I used "The Ultimate" to put her head back on, but also, I was turning the doll into a fairy and gluing gems around her neck to cover the seam.
Good luck.

Poor thing! If you haven't already repaired her, their is this amazing glue called 527 all purpose cement. I hope we get to see her with her head back on.

Hello Kay! Oh poor little Ruthie...the good news is that it looks like a clean break, so it so be easier to fix than if had broken off in many pieces. I would try a good super glue...that stuff mends anything. Thanks so much for leaving a comment on my blog so that I could come back and find your lovely blog! ~ xo Joy
