My house is decorated and ready for your visit
As you enter my home, you're greeted by
Frosty's hat and scarf, which remain atop the newel post, right where he left them.
Christmas music is softly playing while you take your tour.
Our tree is decorated with ornaments in shades of red and pink.
The Christmas village is tucked into a corner cupboard.
My favorite shabby angel sits in the drawer of a miniature chest of drawers.
The nativity, a gift from my daughter, is displayed on the mantle.
......And a ewe and her lambs gather on another.
A collage of some fun, vintage decorations.
A berry garland graces the neck of this sweet girl with braids.
This snowman, made of vintage Morgan Jones chenille from
the 1950's, smiles up at you from the breakfast table.
The tree in the study is decorated with jewel toned fruit, and bows of gold.
My life sized, vintage Coca Cola
Santa from the 1960's, is hanging out in the living room.
St. Nicholas and his flock adorn the library table.
Outside.....
the garden lion is wearing a mantle of snow.
Winter has come.
Wishing you and yours the blessings of the season.
From my house to yours.

ReplyDeleteI love your site! I don't have one yet, but plan on starting up one soon! I have a question regarding the 1910 marriage proposal pictures. Is it a true antique? If not, where can one purchase one? My husband is a judge, and I would love to have one! I'd appreciate it if you would please get back to me.
Thank you so much, and Happy Holidays to you!
